Afrihost, none delivery of LTE order

I ordered fixed wireless internet on the 4th of Jan 2019 , money has come off my account and still no delivery, my package is sitting with the couriers, yet no one from afrihost cares. I received an SMS from Afrihost on the 11th of January stating I would have my order delivered in 1 to 2 working days, it's the now the 15th of January and the courier company will only deliver on the 17th of January. The couriers want to deliver almost a week after collecting the order from Afrihost . I have call and spoked to both Afrihost and the couriers yet it made no difference in speeding up delivery. bad service, I'm strongly considering canceling the the order. Is this the level of service Afihost provides?
