Afrihost - Non-existent service. Pathetic!

Afrihost is by far the worst company to use to get WiFi at your home. They lie about turn around times. They say 3 - 5 working days which translates to 3 weeks and counting. 3 weeks to get a configured router. My god, are you kidding me ?! They say it is due to lockdown. If this is the case then, give REALISTIC deadlines. I want to cancel this contract immediately as we are still waiting for our router and now they saying, that could take up to 30 days. Absolutely pathetic. We keep getting reassured that a manager is going to phone but yet we wait for this apparent phone call. They do not want business and clearly have too much money to be interested in attending to clients and maintaining good relationships. DO NOT USE AFRIHOST!!!
