AFRIHOST NON-EXISTENT SERVICE LEVELS

I have never seen a company with non-existent service levels until Afrihost. The level of incompetency and lack of communication is way high. I arranged fibre service migration with them way in advance and for a good 3 weeks I was doing a back and forth with them and their fibre operators/service providers.

I don't usually give companies a bad service review inspire of differences I might encounter with them but this one is warranted.

Their service levels are ATROCIOUS to say the least.

I sent an escalation outlining the sequence of events more than a week ago. I still have not received an acknowledgement or response from them to date. If I wasn't desperate to keep my business services afloat - I would get another service provider ASAP. To think that the reason I went through them was to streamline my process and have a wholesaler/distributor that aggregates all these fibre network operator services! They have proven me WRONG!
