Afrihost non-existent service and contact details

Great ISP - until you have a problem. No technical helpline, Whatsapp service is always offline, Online chat is offline, I submitted ticket upon ticket but as yet have not received a callback. FAQ'a do not address my (quite simple) problem of connectivity with no Internet. It has been over a week now
