Afrihost - Non existent service

Ordered from Afrihost pure fibre 20 mbps package. Deliver router, told them multiple times that the fibre line has been installed from the previous owner. Took these dimwits a week to realise there is a line after I had to send them photographic images of the line and ONT box. Constantly have to tell this and that one that Openserve need to activate the line from their side after this dimwits think the router has to be configured. What useless company to deal with. If someone can please provide me with the CEO's email so I can inform him that he's the staff are so *********** that their Customers has to train them in respect of technical services. Going on end of week 2 and no line activation
