Afrihost - NON Existant service

I must say I am absolutely appalled at the lack of support service from Afrihost!!! I have been trying to assist our neighbor in sorting out their lack of fibre connectivity by trying to contact afrihost support... But all we have gotten in the last 2weeks is either "Call volumes are high & cannot take your call", barely any email support & no whatsapp help. This is just disgusting & shamefull as my neighbor has already been debited, but has had 2 days of total use before the line died again & have now been without fibre for 3days. What blows my mind even more is that the other neighbor uses afrihost but has not had 1 day of down time or trouble yet despite our cries for help & just to get the service that is paid for... all is ignored.

I am of the opinion of telling my neighbor to cancel the contract & move their service to another ISP who will actually guarantee them value for money & supply them a service they can actually use.

I for 1 have been put off Afrihost & will NEVER use them!! Disgusting & Dishonest!!
