Afrihost: No speed, no support

I have been with Afrihost for years and lately my fibre speed has deteriorated so badly that I can't have a proper Skype call. Apart from that, I am no longer able to get any support on the Afrihost WhatsApp group. You can try to contact them as often as you like. No-one will respond. Sad, really. They used to be great!
