Afrihost no sim swap!!!!

If I could rate -0 I would, Afrihost is bad, I lost my SIM card today and they say I can’t make a sima swap I must cancel the lost sim and place a new order and pay in full for September R539 on the 1st of September and after placing a order for a new sim I will be charged pro rata so meaning I will pay R530 for the whole of September plus R400 pro rata for the very same month of September so meaning I will pay R939 for losing my SIM card cause they do not allow sim swaps, I am going to cancel and I am going to block their debit order for tomorrow’s debit
