Afrihost - No Service/Support

Signed up for a 150gb capped account. Worked well for a few days, then I started noticing my cap was being used quite quickly. Afrihost was deducting data from my capped account during midnight and 8am, which is supposed to be free data.

Logged a query last Tuesday, no real feedback since then other than it's being investigated. The data has been fully used.

Have already cancelled my account.
