Afrihost no service, empty promises , shocking!

I have nothing but empty promises and lies, from Afrihost for the last three months as to how they are going to sort out my Internet 3g signal at my house.I have been paying on debit order and not able to use my 2GB of data as their signal that used to be great was terminated some how, i cannot get Afrihost/MTN coverage and they blame MTN, they have sent many emails as to how they have contacted MTN and need the GPS coordinates for my house, then they say the MTN guy cant find my address, then they say it has been escalated and nothing transpires, my signal dropped in early December and i believe this is because MTN took them over, they really just don't care and pass you onto one call Center agent who says a different thing every time. But they take my money every month, Afirihost was a great ISP before they were bought out by MTN, NOW THEY JUST DON'T CARE.i HAVE ALL THE CORRESPONDENCE TO PROVE THEIR EMPTY PROMISES.I spoke to Mark today at Afrihost, i wanted to speak Warren Naicker but he was not available, apparently these guys are the managers, lets see what they do?I have been using Telkom 4G and have an amazing signal and service, well done Telkom!
