Afrihost No service but they collected and no refund

I app**** in 2020 for an ISP (Afrihost) and did not get any service but money was deducted from my account in 2020! I complained about this on a telephone call and the help on the Afrihost App did not change this and I canceled the order without a refund. so went to a different ISP. After all this time I have gotten service from my current ISP till today with no problems at all !! Now AFRIHOST deducted activation fees in 2023 Feb without my content even contacting them and emails they do not want to pay it back. This is *****ing and ******* to me. I do not recommend them due to their actions. Why will a person that is happy with their ISP want to activate a different ISP (AFRIHOST) on the same line and want to pay for both? this is pathetic and feel that this is not served but to take what they did not provide.
