Afrihost No Service

Got a router for LTE and a package from this company. When I received it on 26th March and set it up and tried to connect it . Nothing worked. The router came with the sim card already inserted. So from this day nothing worked and no one from Afrihost could get me up and running. They were not interested or did not know how to assist me. I spent hours spending my money on whatsapp sending messages and photo's to this company. Even there CEO Gian has not bothered replying to my requests for assistance. To date I am still waiting for refunds to the value of about R2387.00. I sent Gian an email a couple of days ago but to date he has not bothered to reply.
