Afrihost no service

If i could i would rate them with a -1 star, there is absolute no service from them, just like their internet.

I call in last month after sitting without internet for 2 days, and then they first say they cant help then he says that we run out of Data, FIY 40GIg gone missing MIA, are we having a vodacom issue now with Afrihost.

I told them to cancel my account anf they will not charge me, i will find a diffrent provider which he had to for my work can not stand still because of Afrihost.

they debited my account did not log the full call i made on the 30th, where i sat for more than 1 hour on the line, and they have not canceld my account.

Afrihost is just a bunch of ****** and they must rather just shut down their doors for i know i am not the only one experiencing this go and have a look on their facebook page all that has been said on there.
