AFRIHOST- NO SERVICE

I HATE AFRIHOST NOW !!!

I am from a technology company that makes use of afrihost as my foundation to my company online services to my clients. I needed urgent support and still get no support !! i have tried the ticket system..it dont work at all !! useless!

I have tried to call ..5 times , 38 min , 46, min 23 min , 16 min and now im once again "first in line " . every time i get first in line i wait and listen to the annoying tone until the pickup and drop the call !!

I have 4 servers with them ( not for long) and just need access or a port number and yet i have to wait over 3 hours just to get it. pefectic !!

I have chosen afrihost just to support local but the **** services delivery and african factor is motivated me to take my business abord.
