Afrihost, NO internet joy with fixed LTE

I don't usually write reports about companies but when I feel like I'm not being heard I need to voice my frustrations.

I recently switched to Afrihost MTN LTE package. My initial experience was amazing but all of sudden I lost connectivity to the service on 15 December 2019. It's now the 24 December 2019 and still no service. I'm connecting to MTN with full signal but have no data. I still have 150gb data which I've paid for that I can't use.

I'm truly not impressed with the level of service to resolve this issue.
