Afrihost - NO INTERNET JOY

Afrihost is the absolute WORST ISP available in this country. All they had to do was configure a wireless router at the new place i moved to. Instead ****ed me around for 2weeks and no further forward. I went to another ISP, and was connected in 24hours. Afrihost decided more than 3 weeks after the initial engagement, decided to instruct Vumatel to configure the line to them, and i have now sent me an invoice for a connection fee i didn't need. And to make matters worse, i have had to give them a months notice on the cancellation, and will hold the line hostage until i pay them R999 for a connection fee that according to their advertising was FREE - and i have no internet.

To be clear, me as the client got my OWN connection sorted out with a better ISP Axxess and now because of Afrihosts incompetence - i know don't have internet and have to start all over again. I hope i never have to speak, email or say the words Afrihost ever again. May you hopefully go out of business so that you stop *****ing money from consumers for services you DO NOT PROVIDE.
