Afrihost no internet

Thought afrihost was good but boy was i fooled. Just joined them 8 days ago and still no internet. So paying for a service im not getting. Have done all the test in the world about 4 times and screenshots and and and and no solution. Asked for someone to come to my place to set up the internet then no sorry we only assist via phone or email or whastup and you must be a IT specialist to solve their solutions. And no one can solve the issue. When i say i would like to cancel the service im not getting i was told that i have to pay a R999 cancelation fee. Thats after i payed for the new line and a delivery fee and im paying for no internet.

Im really not impressed with the service im getting.
