Afrihost - No Integrity / Money making skeem / *******'s A***9

I've placed an order for 50GB data plus so called free router @ R349 p.m. I was connected on the 1st of Aug 2019 and was suppose to pay exactly R349 instead I was invoiced R771 which is almost the price of the router R999.

I have initially placed an order on the 15 Jul 2019, there was issues with the delivery of my goods. I reached out to Afrihost via telephone calls / e-mails asking for a solution and was pushed from pillar to post. On one occasion an Afrihost consultant advised me to cancel and replace the order as I had problems redirecting my shipment. So I cancelled and replaced the order only to find there is a cancellation fee of R349 and now I'm being helped liable for being ill advised ....

Now my account is suspended, they have managed to debit my account with R401 and I'm now in areas with R369 due to this cancellation fee ... I have also had R20 X2 added to my account as they claim they have been trying to debit my bank account and it was unsuccessful due to " No Reason Provided " this sound like a money making skeem as I had money in my account and the reason was not "Insufficient Funds" why am I being charged ?
