Afrihost NO FORM OF MANAGEMENT

I requested a callback from the internal clientzone system. When the lady called I was talking to technical for a billing issue. Once transferred to Accounts I spoke to a Tabo who slammed the phone down on me a client since 2014. I called back and requested to speak to some sort of management which is never available and it seems staff are left to run this company which paid CICP R4000 based on the enormous turnover, made possible by loyal clients like myself. I asked to speak to the CFO whom I was told his surname is a secret and its company policy not to provide his details. I googled CICP and got not only Dean Julian Suchard's details but every registered director and member. Does Afrihost think everyone is retarded. I finally spoke to a lady called Vallencia who advised me that George a supervisor could possibly assist. This after 2 hours on the phone at my very own cost. let alone the cost of my time.
