Afrihost No Delivery
On Sunday 22/02/2015 I spoke to an Afrihost consultant and placed an order to acquire their services and products.<br> Upon placing the order I was told that I would receive delivery within 48 hours of payment being made.<br> The payment to Afrihost went off from my account on Tuesday 24/02/2015.<br> 48 hrs. later I still had not received the products I had paid for.<br> Despite calls to Afrihost on the 01/02/2015, 02/03/2015 and 03/03/2015, I'm still not connected.<br> It is now Tuesday 03/03/2012 and I still have not received my products.<br> Afrihost is more interested in company care than customer care.

We apologise for the incorrect information being provided to you by the agent.
As per our terms and conditions, debit order payments take 5 working days to clear, once that has cleared on the system, the package will be packed and handed over to the couriers. The couriers will then be in touch within 48 hours of receiving the package to arrange delivery with the client directly. We can not guarantee when that delivery will take place as that is dependent on the couriers schedule and the clients availability.
We apologise for the incorrect information being passed on to you initially. Your package is at the courier depot. They will be in touch this week to arrange the delivery.
