Afrihost - no customer service guaranteed

I am getting no support from this company. We have been hosting with them for years, but now when calling them, they don't call back as promised by Mr Visser. When using the whatsapp group the person I am talking to is completely retarded.

My mailbox is full. I want access to my mailbox to delete some of my emails. The person on whatsapp only says upgrade, I don't want to upgrade I just want access to my email for 5mins to delete old emails to free up space.

There customer service is pathetic.
