AFRIHOST NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Is there any sane person working there ? Vuma fibre gets disconnected every moth, they send me a link to update bank details but they still can’t submit a debit order . I spend the whole day yesterday on a phone with them , I was transferred to technical division I don’t know how many times, all of them kept saying they will keep my profile aside & call me back , no one did , up until now they cannot do the right thing . I work from home & depend on Wi-Fi , but nooooooo all their agents are dumb or what I don’t know . Can someone sane call me & solve this issue . Customer service is dead at afrihost . Nooooo man wake up !! U cannot employ people to do nothing . They all talk a different language.
