AFRIHOST.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

For almost two months now I am more without internet. I get the same story over and over that it's a MTN thing and that my Sim is faulty, yet they not fixing it. I ask to speak to a manager and I get told manager don't deal with customers. I get told they don't do refunds even if it's their fault. Customer service always say sorry for inconvience but we referred to LTE.. When I ask to speak to them directly I get told No. I have kept records of everything to back up what I'm saying. They change my address and then I get told I have to fix it.

I have never iny life been treated so poorly

Ohh and my neighbor who is with them and who's router is 50m from mine works just fine
