Afrihost No Customer service

I’m a customer of afrihost for last 10 years Normaly recieved good service and support. Ordered 40 - 50 packages easy easy. Alway gabe my rica form to couriers om every songle package. About 10 days ago I ordered another 2 packages +- R5000 worth on top of all my other packages. This time they dis not release, may I add they took my money for the full month. I phoned customer care, where the guy told me no payment was recieved, about 15 min later he changed his story saying it will take anotjer 14 days to be delivered, meaning I habe to pay for full month withoit product being send out. I asked the customer care guy to put me threw to a manager, he told me my manager will not talk to you, and he did not talk to me. Eventualy I send a complaint mail asking what now? The told me to upload rica docs, which I did. Thereafter they send me a mail saying my docs looks **** ao they won’t release the product. Again they took my money, insulted me on **** docs, and being a customer for 10 years. Up to now no mew feedback, my money was deducted from bank, but without amy service or product or feedback. I asked them they must let me know asap if they want to keep me as a customer or must I go elsewhere. They did not answer me. Please be carefull as this is *****ing in a sense that sy take your money but not supplying tou with product. I’m at the point of cancelimg all my products with them, I spend thousemd and thousends over the years. And this is the service I’m recieving. Did not excpect to be treated like this. Will ask my money back, and come back ti this platform to update everyone having same issues.
