Afrihost- No after sales service

My Fibre line has been installed about 1 month ago, but it has literally worked 2 days, The first time I logged a fault through Afrihost which is my provider, they logged the complaint with Vumatel / Mitchells Fibre. After repeated calls to Afrihost which they assured me that Vumatel has been assigned , Vumatel eventually came out to my property two weeks after I reported a fault. The technicians came out and replaced the router, they then left without checking if the internet was working. Its been two weeks since they replaced the router and the internet is still not up, yet I have been sent an invoice and a statement for a month. I do not recommend These Providers/ Installers at all. It has really just been a nightmare
