Afrihost nightmare

Afrihost is a nightmare to deal with. I needed my fibre box moved. They (Gift L and George M) said they had sent through a request to Openserve. When I queried with Openserve they said there was no record of the request. I contacted George M and he said it was registered. and must wait seven days. After seven days nothing happened and when I contacted Wendy at Afrihost she told me Openserve does not respond to their internal service requests and she would rather send an email. Why didn't George M and Gift L know or do that?

I was told that they don't have a complaints department and that the email *** does not work.

Wendy sent through and email request to Openserve and told me to wait for a response, no timetable, no I will expedite the request, nothing, just wait for a response.

There website has a button to submit a support request but it does not work so you have to use their call centre where there staff don't seem to know what they are doing

Unbelievable.
