Afrihost Nightmare

No Fibre service for 10 days and Afrihost appears unable or unwilling to assist. Multiple calls for tech support, booked service callbacks but no-one calls. Highly frustrating that one actually cannot call and ever speak to anyone. Worst service experience ever and worse than Telkom which would seem impossible.
