Afrihost new invoice system stinks.

<p>Afrihost has changed the way they send their invoices.</p> <p>They send it in the body of the mail.</p> <p>They have a ribbon in the mail that says “Click here for a print-friendly online version”. This link does not work.</p> <p>I now have to log on and download an invoice. (Not sure what the guys do who do not have access to their portal as someone else manages it for them.)</p> <p>Once printed writing is so light on the invoice it can’t be read, I have to physically write down the amounts from the computer screen onto the invoice for my accounts department.</p> <p>I contacted support last month but only got the usual snotty stupid answers from the support staff.</p> <p>Someone did say they are looking into it, what a joke as it is still exactly the same.</p> <p>I also put the same complaint on Hello Peter last month but it seems like Afrihost do not respond to Hello Peter anymore which is a problem as they do not have a way to escalate complaints.</p> <p> </p>
