Afrihost needs to wake up

Their customer service is pathetic. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been waiting two weeks for my fibre line to be migrated. Every time I phone I get a different story. They keep passing the buck. Their what’s app line has a waiting time of about 45 minutes. They don’t respond to their emails or take days with a non-committal reply. Today’s response via Facebook takes the cake - ‘I hope you get it sorted today’. Their business is not going to last long at this rate
