Afrihost must be the worst ISP ever

After doing a upgrade on my 4mbps line two weeks ago to a 10 mbps line it was actually downgraded to a 2mbps line which however was even on another telephone number.<br> <br> after having slow speeds I escalated and my internet got cut off. <br> <br> after a couple escalations and number of calls my line was sorted out today but only syncing at 7 mbps, I contacted Afrihost again to get this sorted, I did however make a mistake on my side and changed my package to 1 mbps but I was busy speaking to one of the consultants at that time who said no need to worry its not a problem it will be sorted out. within 5 minutes the line was downgraded and I told the guys that it is wrong and to sort it out.<br> <br> now they tell me that only within 48 hours my line will be fixed. so I ask you 2 and a half weeks to get my line sorted do I feel like I am a valuable customer?
