Afrihost MTN service failure

Well, Afrihost was my preferred service provider 3 years ago. They had excellent service and high communication speeds - HOWEVER since beginning 2022 in our area (Kenton on Sea) the service becomes terrible, ja, really terrible. I started a local Whats app group about the service and all is now starting to move to other service providers. The MTN service here is unbelievable bad - why?- simply they do not have back-up batteries in their towers _ I have proof to confirm such. Afrihost, MTN you can speak to me on ***. Johan de Wet
