Afrihost - Most pathetic service provider ever!!!

The most pathetic service I've ever received from a service provider ever! The agents on their what's app service as well as telephone service are useless!!! All I get told is that they will log a call, but nothing gets resolved and it takes days, sometimes weeks for anyone to contact us about our "logged cals". Officially the worst service provider I've ever dealt with, they shouldn't even call themselves a "service provider" since they still need to figure out how to provide any of service!!! If I could i would give them a negative 100 rating!!!
