Afrihost = Most Pathetic Service Ever

Never in my life have I ever encountered such pathetic service. Vumatel installed the fibre lines and their modem. However I still don't have any internet access from day one.

Vumatel has confirmed that their lines are active and the modem is working properly.

Afrihost has taken ****ty service to another level! The first technician I sat with on the phone went through the steps with me. Everything was setup and still no internet access. She suggested the router was faulty and needs to be replaced. No process has been filed to do so.

After 5 more technicians, I'm still sitting with no internet access, BUT I have already been charged for the month! So even though some technicians suggested a faulty router, no process has taken place to replace it.

When a technician puts you on hold for 90% of the call, you know this is not the service provider for you. After every phone call with Afrihost, the phone call just dies when they do not know how to assist me any further.
