Afrihost most disappointing service

Wrote a review about Afrihost on Monday because of fibre that has not been connected for over two weeks, received a call on Tuesday was told that it would be resolved within a matter of hours but still waiting. Its been more than 3 weeks and I have had no internet. ISP10527
