Afrihost Migration

Why is it taking so long to migrate from one ISP to Afrihost, i was promised it would take 2-24hrs by Afrihost but now it has been 4 DAYS and every time i phone the technical department they tell me it has been escalated. It has been escalated 4 times and still no feedback????
