Afrihost Mickey Mouse ******** - playing for time.

Terrible service. Fibre internet went off Friday afternoon at 14h15. Still not on. Have been waiting for feedback, but got nothing. Yesterday, they logged a call with Vumatel to check the line. Waited the whole day. Have been told 100's of times to switch router off abd on. Wanted to fond out what was wrong with my line, so I contacted them at 12h00. Thabang said he would call back before he knocks off at 16h00. He didn't call. Contacted whatsapp support. Was informed by Refetse that problem has been fixed. I told him it had not. He escalated the problem again to Vumatel. Much ado about nothing. Will expect a pro data refund at the end of the month, for serviced not delivered, as they are in breach of contract. Have had enough of Afrihost. Speed is NEVER what it should be. When you query, they give you the stupid excuse that you must be plugged into the ONT to experience the speed of your package. Mickey Mouse company. Terrible service, as there is none.
