I'm not sure what Mickey Mouse Club you guys are running. Giving people scripts of PDF docs to support a person, instead of trained technicians. 5 DAYS - 6 Support staff. 4 on Whatsapp, two on Call me back. HOURS & HOURS... you guys can't get a new FIBRE installation to work.

Can someone with a brain cell, that knows how to troubleshoot and have access to the activation and Metrolink please sort out my line, SINCE YOU'VE ALREADY INVOICED ME AND EXPECT ME TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I DON'T HAVE !!!
