Afrihost/ Metrofibre - Pathetic duo

Afrihost pride themselves on customer service. Yes, they call you back but can never help you. Literally for two years every month the Metrofibre lines down. Working from homes a nightmare. They don't care. Supervisors never call back, yet your debit order goes off promptly. It's been days now and no help. How do we hold these companies accountable for ripping us off?
