Afrihost / MetroFibre are useless useless useless do not use them find another company

I have not had Afrihost / MetroFibre for long...about 2 months, but OMG what a disappointment. If you're shopping around stay away from them. Seriously! Dont go with them, find another fibre company. Fibre continuously not available. I took the 400Mbps and only hv my TV and on occasion a laptop using it but I wanted speed so thought I'd cough up the R1000 per month (regreg regret regret). And I know it's not just me, on our whatsapp group (+- 300 houses) there's always someone asking "is your Afrihost/Metro Fibre down".I stupidly thought they'd be a good company because they have a good contact, support website BUT don't they know, actually having WORKING FIBRE IS MORE IMPORTANT.
