AFRIHOST MAY BE A SHAM.

On the 11/03/2022, I ordered on their website for my business a Fibre Package and a Router to go with the same Fibre Package, a VoIP Package and the respective VoIP phone. I concluded the order by giving then my banking details. Shortly after, they sent an email apologising that they cannot help me as my address is classified as business. I was disappointing, however I accepted it. I thought it was the end of it, but to my surprise, they went ahead and debited my account 3 days after. I got excited thinking that as they took my money, they would deliver my order and provide me with services. After a week with no delivery I got to their WhatsApp line and enquired on whereabouts of my my order. They told me that they would follow up with their warehouse and I waited another week in vain. I again contacted then via WhatsApp and they told me that they're unable to help me and I should cancel the order. I did the order cancellation as directed and got a message confirming the cancellation, but up to date, even after several emails and WhatsApp messages, they refuse to refund me. THEY'RE UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY SERVICE OR EQUIPMENT, BUT THEY ARE HOLDING TO MONEY. Now I don't know if this company really exist or is a SHAM.
