Afrihost Managing Telkom is unbelievably useless.

Telkom is Useless<br> Afrihost is Useless<br> Afrihost Managing Telkom is unbelievably useless.<br> <br> 11 November 2015 we had a lightening strike, since then the line is erratic, at least 1 port reset per day and multiple drops, obviously at the most inconvenient time. Afrihost have the Telkom responsibility and bill us accordingly.<br> <br> Unbelievably after almost 60 days, the fault is logged & closed every single day. No escalation, no effort from Afrihost to take ownership<br> <br> I wish I wish I wish<br> <br> The only plus side is that I know one day I will be able to take my business away from Afrihost and Telkom on a permanent basis and I will urge everyone I know to do the same.
