Afrihost lying and *****ing.

Afrihost has **** to me and cheated me out of a lot of money.

I signed up with them under the pretense that I'm receiving 200gb normal data plus 200gb night-time data. This was what was said to me when I signed up. I'm still waiting for those chat records from Afrihost, which has been requested multiple times, and they keep on telling me that I must ask for it on whatsapp, where it was requested multiple times on that platform.

All was normal though until the move from Cell C packages to MTN or Telkom packages. There was more people streaming before the change happened, and I never had to top up.

When I was eventually forced to move over to one the other providers, I chose MTN because the agent didn't explain to me that I'll lose my night time data, as that's only with Telkom.

I have been complaining about having to top up my account from the beginning of the year, although there has been less people in my house.

Not one of your agents was able to guide me to choose a package that will be suitable to my needs. I wasn't able to change my package myself because your website doesn't show me the option if I go on my computer.

In addition to this complaint, I'm also taking legal action to recoup the additional cost and insane amounts of stress Afrihost have inflicted upon me.
