AFRIHOST LTE-HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I took out an LTE package which included the router. I was told it would take 24hrs to activate, this was 3 weeks ago, to date the device is not working.

Initially, the case got escalated to the critical team and their turnaround time was 48 hours. Those 48 hours have turned into days without feedback nor communication. Every time I make contact I am told that the case is sitting with MTN and there's nothing Afrihost can do. When I told them I wanna cancel my contract I was told of the penalty that I would have to pay for breaching the contract. Who is breaching the contract here? I pay for NO SERVICES!

I have dealt with anyone you can imagine, all of them telling me this scripted process of inserting your sim into a phone and blah blah blah. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICES, AFRIHOST. YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE SOLD ME THIS PACKAGE IF YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER!

DO SOMETHING OR JUST CANCEL MY CONTRACT! I'M TIRED OF YOUR BASELESS PROMISES.
