Afrihost LTE

I have subscribed to the LTE service with afrihost.

Initially the internet worked fine, but after the first month it went downhill!!

Going four days without coverage, with no clear answer or solution being provided.

The initial contract was a Cell C package, but after two months I was forced to migrate to a MTN LTE package. When the option was provided I requested to migrate instead to fibre and pay the increased tariff. This was refused...

Since then it has been two months and it is now the second time that I am left without connectivity for who knows how long???
