Afrihost LTE bad customer technical service.

Very bad customer service, the usual, "we will call you back sir..." with no call back. My issue with my LTE has been so frustrating that I decided to talk to a manager/supervisor @ Afrihost. Getting them on the phone is impossible, they just put you on hold and when they see you are not hanging up then they tell you they will call you back!! Mr Nyakalo & Mr. Jabulu, these are the managers who the customer can never talk to because they are too buisy and will also never call you back no matter how many messages you leave.
