Afrihost lost my entire website database and failed to backup and restore

On the 10th of March I woke up to a crashed website. When I enquired about this, I was told that my database file was *******ed. I asked Afrihost to restore my database to the most recent backup. This should be a simple click of a button, but I waited the whole day. When it was finally done -IT WAS WRONG AND DISASTROUS. My website came back blank with a database that does not even belong to me. This is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING FOR A COMPANY AS BIG AS AFRIHOST. I HAVE LOST A FULL DAY OF BUSINESS DUE TO THIS. I DEMAND THAT MY WEBSITE BE RESTORED ASAP SO I CAN CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS. MY WEBSITE IS A E-COMMERCE WEBSITE, I HAVE PEOPLES PURCHASES AND ORDERS THAT ARE WAITING FOR MY ATTENTION. I NEED THE FULL DATABASE RESTORED ASAP. I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE
