Afrihost Loss of Connectivity Daily

Connectivity shuts down inexplicably from roughly 16h00 to around 21h00 everyday for the last month. Have been liaising with them for the last month and whilst the operators are friendly there is no resolution to the same complaint. They keep using their provider Frogfoot as a scapegoat and do not keep to their commitments despite us been given various referral or case numbers...would not recommend to anyone
