Afrihost long on Promises, Short on Delivery

Reported an LTE-A Rain network error 12/11/2017. Sent an SMS from Afrihost support to open a ticket directly with IS Solutions. This is not allowed as this is Afrihosts job, IS doesnot deal with the end user. Today 24/11/ 2017, still no resolution. Thje promise of calling back never materializes. More than R300 wasted on call to Afrihost to try and resolve this problem. Emailed Gian, no response. Totally ignored. Yet they are supposed to have Best Customer Service
