Afrihost long installation time

If you are looking for a quick installation and customer service, Vumatel and Afrihost are note the ones to contact. Has been over a week since ordering and have heard nothing for installation. There service lines are always busy and have long waiting times and they will not contact you if there is an issue with the order, they wait for you to call in. Still have no internet or a date for when they will connect it. They say 3 days to install on the website, however that is the modem only so very miss leading and I still have yet to receive the modem a week later anyway.
