Afrihost Login Page Problem

I moved to Afrihost in July this year. The service was good but recently it kept bringing up the Afrihost login page every time I try to connect to the internet via Wi-Fi. I contacted Afrihost via the call centre and have spoken to three agents to date. Each agent seems to guide me through the same protocal of turning the router off and on, checking the mapping of the router etc. After each consultation, the login page problem seems to subside only to return a few hours later. Currently, my TV cannot connect and it seems like there is a more systemic problem that is not being addressed. Any advise on how to remedy the situation?
